The Center began with a 2,640 sq. ft. shared facility that promotes business enterprise development by helping young firms survive and grow during the start-up period.
The following description details some of the Center’s support services, provided at one low monthly cost.
The Center has nine office spaces, with more space available if needed. The rental cost for the incubator is graduated based on specific needs, size and age of business. The Center includes the following:

- Paid utilities (except phone)
- High-speed Internet access
- Wireless computer access
- Shared waiting area
- Shared conference rooms
- Use of color copier and common fax machine
- Resource room and computer lab
- Receptionist/Office Manger
