The Center provides a comprehensive range of services to its tenant companies to help them achieve growth, stability and commercial success.

Business Counseling
Counseling support is offered to all Center clients in a variety of management, financial, marketing and administrative areas by the Center’s partners, the small Business Development Center, SCORE and the Urban League, as well as the Multicultural Business Center Incubator staff, volunteers and other affiliated organizations.

Business Plan Review
Experienced counseling is available for the development of new business plans as well as the analysis of completed plans. Multicultural Business Center staff and partners provide recommendations and assistance in the following areas:

• Purpose of the business plan

• Information gathering strategies
  
• Source of information
  
• Plan outlines
  
• Format/development of financial projections
  
• Review of drafts or component parts of the plan
  
• Critique of completed plans

Services
Services offered are reception, office management, IT support, and web design , maintenance, seminars and workshops.

Financial Plan Review
Financial plan review is an ongoing review and monitoring of financial performance, as well as comparison of performance to plan. The Center staff recommends any changes that may need to occur, as well as strategies for financial success.
